Protect Your Career Today - Don't Tolerate Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment in the workplace is inappropriate and unlawful. Employees who have been forced to endure sexual harassment or who have been subjected to retaliation should discuss their situation with one of our skilled attorneys to determine their legal options.

Under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) and other federal statutes, your employer has a responsibility to prevent, investigate, and properly address sexual harassment complaints. If you have been subjected to harassment, the individual harasser and your employer may be responsible to compensate you for economic damages and your pain and suffering.

Testimonials

"I highly recommend Christian McOmber, Elizabeth Matecki, and everyone at McOmber and McOmber. I went to them during a difficult time. I was scared, traumatized, and felt alone. From the very first meeting, they changed everything for me. They immediately supported me and validated my concerns. Christian gave me a pep talk and brought reason and justice to a traumatic situation. He and Elizabeth stood up for me when I was at my worst. When they not only believed me but made me feel protected and supported, I was so relieved and overjoyed. I highly recommend them.  I thank them very much." - Client

Fate has a funny way of stepping in and guiding you to the right people. Fate connected me to the law firm of McOmber & McOmber and especially Elizabeth Matecki. Both the legal team and staff are top notch, very professional and all are genuinely concerned about you as an individual as well as your situation. It was truly a pleasure to work with Elizabeth as she kept me informed throughout the process and made a very difficult situation more bearable. - M.G., Client

"Matthew Luber and the law firm of McOmber & McOmber represented me in a lawsuit. Matthew was completely professional, passionate, and extremely knowledgeable of the various employment laws in NJ. He made himself available during times that were after hours and always patient in explaining the details and status of my case. I thank and commend Matthew and his team for all that he did for me at a time when I needed legal representation the most." - Client
