Biography
Mr. Rafferty joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in May 2019 and is the Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Operations of the firm. During his time at McOmber McOmber & Luber, he has worked on developing the firm’s in-house marketing team, constructing the marketing strategies, and leading a creative vision. In addition to working within the marketing team, Mr. Rafferty assisted with business development and infrastructure updates.
Marketing & Operations
As the chief marketing officer, Mr. Rafferty oversees the marketing team and is responsible for brand, marketing, and media relations. He plays a vital role in the firm’s growth and has important responsibilities that range from overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the firm’s marketing and advertising initiatives. He also manages all aspects of digital media campaigns, constructs a comprehensive marketing plan, and identifies weaknesses in existing marketing strategies.
In the role of VP of Operations, Mr. Rafferty uses his experience and education to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the firm. He also assists in recruiting new talent and firm office expansion.
Education, Training, & Experience
Mr. Rafferty earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. While at Rutgers, he was a board member of the Marketing Association and a member of the Business Management Association. He was admitted to the Business Leadership Development Program (BLDP), and attended a 14-week honors course, Executive Leadership: Roles of the C-Suite. Also, during college, he worked at the firm and established an in-house marketing team. He has earned his certification in Google Ads, and Google My Business, and is a Facebook Certified Creative Strategy Professional.
Mr. Rafferty is an accomplished entrepreneur who started his own business at the age of 13. Specializing in DJ Entertainment, Marketing Strategy, and Business Design, he has since turned Rafferty Enterprises LLC into a successful enterprise. In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Rafferty also became the youngest elected official in the State of New Jersey after the 2018 November election, winning a seat on his local school board. He currently serves as Chairman of the Delran Township Recreational Advisory Committee where he carries out meetings, plans town-wide events, and is responsible for managing township parks & athletic fields.
Personal Information
Mr. Rafferty has spent his entire life in Delran, NJ where he graduated from Delran’s public high school. He was at the wheel of the sound and lighting equipment for the school’s musicals and played baseball.
On the weekends, you will find Mr. Rafferty on the golf course, DJing an event, or at Citizens Bank Park watching the Phillies. He enjoys spending time with family & friends and his summers traveling.
