Princeton University COVID-19 Tuition Refund Class Action

Check out this Class Action lawsuit against Princeton University filed by MML Partners Charles J. Kocher and Matt Luber, which was filed in federal court in New Jersey on November 19, 2020 with co-counsel Shegerian & Associates. The Class Representative Plaintiff, a sophomore, alleges that Princeton improperly retained tuition and fees after it suspended in-person classes as a result of COVID-19, despite promising an in-person educational experience. This Class Action seeks a refund for services not rendered on behalf of Princeton’s nearly 8,500 undergraduate and graduate students.
