What states do you work out of?McOmber McOmber & Luber is a regional firm that works predominantly in the New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia metropolitan areas. Our offices are in Red Bank, Marlton, and Newark New Jersey and our attorneys are licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. If you have a matter outside of the tri-state area, that is not a problem. We can apply to the court pro hac vice, which is a routine motion that allows us to temporarily practice in your state.
