Biography
Mr. Wahl is an unadmitted associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Mr. Wahl primarily focuses his practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
In 2021, Mr. Wahl graduated summa cum laude from Ithaca College, completing all coursework in three years, with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. While attending Ithaca College, Mr. Wahl participated in a group advocacy project to support an employee of an international humanitarian organization who had suffered racial discrimination in the workplace. Subsequently, Mr. Wahl attended Rutgers Law School – Camden on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
During law school, Mr. Wahl served as President of the Rutgers Environmental Law Society, working to promote environmental sustainability and provide resources for students interested in the field of environmental law. Mr. Wahl also served on the Rutgers University Law Review as an Associate Managing Editor. While serving on the Law Review, Mr. Wahl authored his Note exploring solutions to the epidemic of misinformation in American news media, which was chosen for publication within Vol. 77. In 2025, Mr. Wahl graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School – Camden.
While in law school, Mr. Wahl served as a law clerk in both plaintiff- and defense-side law firms, experiencing the diverse and varying approaches to resolving legal disputes in litigation. During this time, Mr. Wahl served as a law clerk at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., in the Marlton office, gaining valuable experience and serving clients in employment matters.
Mr. Wahl currently resides in Philadelphia. In his free time, he enjoys marathon training, discovering new things to eat and drink, and exploring the world with his girlfriend and dog.
