Biography
Mr. Broffman is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Mr. Broffman primarily focuses his practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Mr. Broffman graduated from William & Mary in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. In 2025, Mr. Broffman graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School – Camden.
During law school, Mr. Broffman received a first-year writing award for his outstanding performance in the Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research I and II courses. Mr. Broffman also served as a legal writing fellow, helping first-year students develop their legal writing and research skills.
After his first year of law school, Mr. Broffman gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Steven J. Polansky, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Camden County, New Jersey. Mr. Broffman conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and observed proceedings in various civil matters. Following his second year, Mr. Broffman joined the team at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk in the firm’s Marlton office.
Mr. Broffman currently resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. In his free time, he enjoys making music and watching his favorite baseball team, the Baltimore Orioles.
