McOmber McOmber & Luber attorneys Matthew A. Luber, Charles J. Kocher, and Tyler J. Burrell filed a Class Action Complaint on behalf of their client Krystal Sadler against Target Corporation. The class action lawsuit alleges that Target violated New Jersey wage and hour laws by failing to pay her and the Class Members for time spent in mandatory security screenings and traveling to their workstations. Effectively, the Plaintiffs allege that Target did not pay them for all the time that they are required to be inside the warehouse facilities as required by New Jersey law.
This class action is brought on behalf of current and former workers at Target’s three distribution centers in New Jersey since November 30, 2016.
The Class Action Complaint was filed on November 30, 2022, in New Jersey Superior Court. See Sadler Krystal v.Target Corporation, GLO-L-001281-22 (N.J. Super. Ct. Law Div.)
