Wage & Hour Class Certification Granted For Servers/Bartenders at New Jersey Restaurant

Check out this ruling from U.S. District Court Judge Christine P. O’Hearn that granted certification to a litigated class of servers and bartenders at a restaurant in New Jersey who allege that they were not paid their proper wages since 2015. Many were paid below the cash floor of at least $2.13 per hour. The Court’s Order and Opinion may be found below.
