Biography
Admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Robert J. Malloy is of counsel for McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. and practices in Marlton, New Jersey. Since his admittance in 1989, Mr. Malloy has practiced in the areas of general corporate representation, including credit union representation, business law, collections, estate planning, estate administration, all aspects of real estate, and tax problem resolution.
Prior to starting his practice in 1996, Mr. Malloy was an associate with Archer & Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey, where he was a member of the Corporate and Tax Department. He was also an associate with the Cherry Hill firm of Davis, Reberkenny & Abramowitz., P.C., which later merged with Cozen O’Connor, P.C.
Mr. Malloy earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. He also received a Tax Honors Certificate for completing the Tax Honors Program.
Mr. Malloy received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University. He then became a Certified Public Accountant and worked in private and public accounting before returning to school to obtain his law degree.
Mr. Malloy currently lives in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and is an avid runner and swimmer.
