A New Jersey court threw out a company’s last-minute attempt to deny an employee his day in court. Camden County Judge Anthony M. Pugliese ruled the company waited too long to request arbitration and found that the arbitration agreement failed to explicitly waive the employee’s statutory rights under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
