The was my first experience with the McComber McComber & Luber firm, but my second time using Peter Valenzano. Peter had previously assisted me with a matter a few years ago, and when I felt like I needed guidance again, he was who I decided to use again. I did have to look him up to find him at the new firm, but I think that itself speaks for how positive I feel about my now two experiences with Peter. Peter is extremely thorough and ensures that you understand completely what is going on, is always willing to answer questions. I can be somewhat emotional and high strung, especially in stressful situations, and Peter was very good at making sure I was comfortable with the process and made sure that we got to an agreement that was very favorable for me and I am very pleased with. Peter is very upfront with his guidance, but also doesn’t try to have you resolve something in a way you aren’t comfortable with. The other firm members that I worked with at McComber when Peter wasn’t available were very impressive. The paralegal Tracey sent paperwork promptly and responded quickly to confirm receipt of any items she needed. Another attorney, Nicholas Carlson, stayed on the phone with me well after 5pm on a Friday evening to make sure information was clear and accurate. All questions and concerns were responded to in the same business day, even if not urgent (and I would honestly say, almost alwayd within an hour.) I would highly recommend Peter and McComber McComber & Luber, as they made what was a difficult situation got me, much easier to process through. I absolutely recommend Peter Valenzano, as he will work for you and make sure every single detail gets addressed.
