Biography
Ms. Jacketti is an associate with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Red Bank, New Jersey office. Ms. Jacketti primarily focuses her practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Ms. Jacketti graduated summa cum laude from William Paterson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and minors in Criminology and Criminal Justice and Social Sciences. She was a member of the Social Sciences Honors Program and the National Student-Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma.
Ms. Jacketti earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in May 2025, where she was named to the Dean’s Honors List. During law school, Ms. Jacketti served in the Dignity Rights Clinic, where she worked directly with the ACLU of Delaware on matters involving constitutional and civil rights. Her work included researching emerging issues in dignity and civil rights, conducting client interviews and factual investigations, and collaborating with ACLU attorneys. The experience provided Ms. Jacketti with meaningful exposure to impact litigation and reinforced her commitment to advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated.
Prior to joining McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., Ms. Jacketti served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Valter H. Must, J.S.C., and the Honorable Christopher B. Leitner, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Ocean Vicinage. As a judicial law clerk, Ms. Jacketti gained experience in civil litigation by managing the motion calendar, researching various civil litigation topics, recommending dispositions of pending motions, and observing judicial proceedings. Additionally, she was certified as a civil mediator and assisted parties in settling landlord/tenant and small claims disputes.
Ms. Jacketti currently resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and soaking up the sun whenever she can.
