Biography
Ms. DeMartinis is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Ms. DeMartinis primarily focuses her practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Ms. DeMartinis graduated magna cum laude from Coastal Carolina University, completing all course work in three years, with a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence and National Security Studies. Following her graduation from Coastal Carolina, Ms. DeMartinis worked in the corporate Asset Protection department at Wegmans Food Markets where she handled all aspects of employment dispute investigations. Subsequently, Ms. DeMartinis attended Rutgers Law School – Camden on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
During law school, Ms. DeMartinis was a student attorney in the Rutgers Expungement Clinic, where she represented individuals who could not otherwise afford legal representation in their pursuit of expunging their past criminal records. Following her first year at Rutgers Law, Ms. DeMartinis served as a law clerk in the Philadelphia Office of the Department of Homeland Security, where she gained valuable experience in litigation, including an opportunity to litigate a merits hearing on the record. While attending Rutgers Law, Ms. DeMartinis also served on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy for two years and was a class representative for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Following her second year of law school, Ms. DeMartinis wished to use her prior experience in employment disputes and investigations to help others. Coupling this experience with her interest in litigation, Ms. DeMartinis joined the team at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk in the firm’s Marlton Office.
In her free time, Ms. DeMartinis enjoys live music, visiting her family down the shore, and traveling.
