Biography
Mr. Jang is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office. Mr. Jang focuses primarily on employment matters and civil litigation, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. He firmly believes in workplace equality and will fight for the justice his clients deserve.
Mr. Jang graduated cum laude from Boston University in 2020, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Jang then earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2025.
While in law school, Mr. Jang served as an intern with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in Newark. Mr. Jang also served as a summer associate at a New York law firm that handles state and federal criminal defense, tax matters, and high-stakes trials.
Upon graduation, Mr. Jang served as the 2025-2026 Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Gary K. Wolinetz, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County. During his clerkship, he performed extensive legal research on a broad range of civil and Complex Business Litigation Program matters, drafted memoranda, and served as a settlement facilitator for landlord-tenant and small claims matters. Drawing on this experience and his interest in litigation, Mr. Jang joined the team at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as an associate in the firm’s Newark office.
Mr. Jang was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars in 2026. He currently resides in Jersey City and enjoys golf and skiing.
