Biography
Ms. Iodice is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Newark, New Jersey office. Ms. Jones primarily focuses her practice on employment matters and civil litigation, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims. She firmly believes in workplace equality and will fight for the justice her clients deserve.
Ms. Iodice graduated from the University of Delaware in 2021, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Legal Studies. Ms. Iodice graduated magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2024.
While in law school, Ms. Iodice served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Patricia J. O’Dowd, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris Vicinage. Ms. Iodice also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Magali M. Francois, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage. Ms. Iodice then joined the team at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., as a law clerk in the firm’s Red Bank Office, where she discovered her passion for advocating for employees’ rights.
Upon graduation, Ms. Iodice returned to Bergen County and served as the 2024-2025 Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Magali M. Francois, J.S.C. During her clerkship, she performed extensive legal research for various family law-related issues, drafted memoranda, and served as a settlement facilitator for landlord-tenant and small claims matters.
Ms. Iodice was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2024. She currently resides in North Jersey. She enjoys trips down the shore and spending time with her three dogs.
