Biography
Ms. LaRosa is an associate with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Ms. LaRosa primarily focuses her practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims; business disputes; and business law.
Ms. LaRosa graduated from the University of Maryland in 2021, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. Ms. LaRosa attended Rutgers Law School on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship, graduating in January 2024. During her time at the University of Maryland, Ms. LaRosa worked as a legal assistant at the Law Office of Karel Petraitis, gaining valuable insight into civil litigation and family law matters.
During law school, Ms. LaRosa served on the Executive Board for the Women’s Law Caucus, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and Animal Legal Defense Fund. Ms. LaRosa gained valuable experience in civil litigation as a Law Clerk at LaRosa Law, P.C. Ms. LaRosa conducted legal research, drafted motions, and fostered strong relationships with clients.
With an interest in employment law, Ms. LaRosa joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., as a law clerk in their Marlton office, where she served clients in employment matters and gained valuable insight into the civil litigation process.
Ms. LaRosa currently resides in South Jersey. She is passionate about animal rescue and volunteers at the Burlington County Animal Shelter in her spare time. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
