Mrs. Kelly is an associate with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Mrs. Kelly primarily focuses her practice on employment law and civil litigation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Mrs. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 2020, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. Mrs. Kelly graduated as part of Rutgers’ Bachelors/Juris Doctor Dual Degree program, allowing her to complete both degrees in six years, rather than the usual seven. In Mrs. Kelly’s final undergraduate year at Rutgers, she began classes at Rutgers Law School on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship.
During law school, Mrs. Kelly gained invaluable experience in civil litigation by serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Steven Polansky, the Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in Camden County, New Jersey. Mrs. Kelly conducted legal research, drafted memoranda, and observed proceedings in various civil matters. Ms. Alston also served as the New Developments Lead Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
With an interest in litigation and employment law, in 2021, Mrs. Kelly joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., as a law clerk in their Marlton office. There, she gained vital insight into the litigation process and served clients in employment matters.
Mrs. Kelly currently lives in Barrington, New Jersey. She enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.
